Herbalife Blueberry Muffins!

Alright guys these muffins are high in nutrients and protein. So far my favorite recipe :)

Ingredients

1 cup of Herbalife's french vanilla formula 1 powder
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup of Truvia
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups of fat free milk
1 individual size serving of no sugar added apple sauce
3 tbs of egg whites
Add blueberries to taste and amount :)

Makes 6


**This is also a good recipe to add chocolate chips to!



Use a cup cake pan and spray the pan with spray butter (no calorie)
