Too Tired To Work Out?




Too tired to work after a long day at work? This is the number one reason why people neglect to take care of their bodies.

If you are too tired to exercise after work, you should accept the fact that you are tired and then work out anyway. If you have been reading my blog you know to follow what the mind says, not what your body says. So if the mind is saying I am too tired, but your body is telling you, you need to work it out in order to stay in good health , go with how the body feels.

Exercising for 30 minutes or more each day will make you feel less tired believe it or not and will put you in a better mood instantly! Once you start exercising on a regular basis you will have more energy at the end of the day than before you started your exercise program. Also, as I have mentioned before, it is always better to show up to the workout than nothing at all.

Skipping out on a workout once a week is okay and twice a week is pushing it, especially if you have a sit down job. You will actually end up feel more tired if you do not work your body out.

Too Busy To Exercise? TOO BAD!

I say, make time. I know it is a hardcore way of looking at things, but your body is one thing you need to make time for. Instead of watching two hours of TV get up, instead of sleeping in an hour more, get up. In order to achieve a consistent routine, schedule a specific time each day for exercise and stick to it.

Your choices will look like this: morning, afternoon, or evening, pick one that suites your lifestyle. If you need to change that time on certain days, then do so. You can even make time to exercise on your lunch break at work!

If you do not want to give up TV time then exercise while watching something on TV that you enjoy.
